At Step by Step Disability Services, we believe quality care begins with understanding the individual.

We are a dedicated provider of Disability and Aged Care services, supporting individuals and older Australians to live safely, independently and with greater choice and confidence in their everyday lives.

Our approach is person-centred, respectful and tailored to the unique needs, preferences and goals of every individual we support. We understand that no two people, families or care journeys are the same. That is why we work closely with our clients, their families and other professionals to develop supports that are practical, flexible and meaningful.

Across our disability services, we support NDIS participants with a range of needs, from assistance with daily living and personal care to community participation, supported independent living and more complex support requirements. Our focus is not simply on providing a service, but on helping each participant build independence, maintain meaningful relationships and work towards the life they choose.

Through Step by Step Aged Care, we also support older Australians to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Our aged care services are designed around each person’s individual circumstances, routines and preferences, with support that may include personal care, domestic assistance, community access, transport, home maintenance and coordination with health and allied health professionals.
